We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below are our current shipping methods and estimated delivery times:

What you’ll need:
- Order Number: Found in your “Order Confirmed” email (e.g., #10234).
- Email Address: The one you used during checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns policy:
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.
- Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.
- Exclusions: Final sale items, intimate apparel, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Condition: Items that appear worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.
How to return an item:
Returning an item is simple. Just follow these three steps:
- Start Your Return: Visit our Online Returns Portal and enter your order number.
- Pack Your Item: Securely place the item in its original packaging (if possible).
- Ship It Back: Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Return shipping costs:
- Exchanges: Return shipping is free for all exchanges.
- Refunds: For returns seeking a refund to the original payment method, a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Defective Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately—we will cover 100% of the shipping costs to make it right.
